1919 White vintage 2010 is produced from a reputable blend of Maltese grown Chardonnay and the indigenous Girgentina grapes, it is a smooth, well rounded white wine of character with fruity aromas of fresh apples, peaches and smoky, buttery undertones. On the palate it is pleasant and well balanced with a lingering fruity finish. Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish and pasta dishes, white meats, mature cheeses.

1919 Red vintage 2010 is produced from selected grapes of the indigenous Gellewza red variety. The harvested bunches were laid down to dry in the sun before being vinified resulting in a concentration of the Gellewza grape’s natural sugars, acidity and colour. This full bodied red wine has intense fruity aromas of amarena cherries, apricots and chocolate with light tobacco undertones. On the palate it is silky and smooth with velvety tannins and a pleasant lingering sweet finish. It perfectly complements grilled or roast meats, charcuterie and mature cheeses.

Malta's only Brut created entirely using the 'Methode Traditionnelle.' It owes its character and finesse to the Chardonnay grapes harvested in the Wardija Valley Estate and to a minimum of 12 to 24 months maturing on the yeast lees in the bottle. Its bouquet is typically complex with lingering floral and fruity notes. It is invitingly rich, full in taste and complemented by its pleasant natural sparkle.

Dedicated to the Grand Masters of Malta by Special appointment to the Sovereign Military Order of Malta.  The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc coming form the Ghajn Rihana Estate has produced a full-bodied red wine of a unique character which is aged for at least 12 months in new French oak barriques. The 2009 vintage similarly to 2008 was characterised by relatively cooler Winter temperatures and exceptionally wet weather especially during the Winter months of November, January and February. These conditions resulted in an average yield of deeply coloured small berries, which produced a well structured and very concentrated, full bodied wine characterised by its typical intense fruity bouquet and velvety smooth tannis.
